    Description

    The legendary Telemark or Ludwig rucksack from the Norwegian army. Canvas with elkhide leather straps in great condition, including all the accessory straps (two short, for skis or tools, and two long for a sleeping bag). Minor signs of wear on the canvas, mostly a stain on the left pocket. Otherwise this classic is in excellent shape. Suspension was modified to shift the weight to the center of the back, like more modern packs - see photos #3 and 4. It's a much more comfortable carry this way.
