US Military OD Vinyl Collapsible Bin

Up for sale are US Military Olive Drab Vinyl Bins. They are new old stock and in great condition. They stand 19.5" tall 14.5" wide x 17" wide. There is a velcro door flap. The top has slots for stability wires to be installed. We are unsure of the actual use for this bin.
