    ARTIFACT:
    This is a scarce early (1891) parade ribbon for the Highland Engine & Hose Company of Florida, New York for their first annual parade. The brown ribbon has a gilt bar at the top.
    VINTAGE:
    Circa 1891.
    SIZE:
    Approximately 6-1/2” in height and 2-3/4” in width.
    CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
    Silk, gilt brass.
    ATTACHMENT:
    Horizontal safety pin on bar.
