The MAX Guard Soldering Mat from RC Dad is a first soldering mat for RC Raceworx. The MAX Guard mat will compliment your RC Raceworx Pit Mat and protect it from potential soldering damage. The RC Raceworx Pit Mats are made of a rubber material and not the best suited for molten solder exposure. The MAX Guard Solder Mat will handle the heat from soldering especially the molten solder and flux. It even has a magnetic strip along the back for any magnetic hardware you need to keep track of during your soldering.
