    Item in the pictures are the exact item(s) you will be receiving, nothing more, nothing less. Purchase includes 2 Aclara 3421-012-DBW transmitter encoder devices. These did not come with the original packaging as the packaging is missing. These have a few signs of shelf storing wear as shown in the pictures. If you look at the connection ends and mounting holes these are new devices as there are no signs of screw rings in the brackets. Selling these as refurbished even though they are new, due to listing reasons as well as the packaging missing.
