    This Playbill is from the original Broadway production of My Fair Lady, starring Rex Harrison and Julie Andrews. This production ran from March 15, 1956 to September 29, 1962 for 2,717 performances. This Playbill dates from the week of May 20, 1957 and features the original cast. My Fair Lady was nominated for nine Tony Awards and won for Best Musical, Best Actor, Best Scenic Design, Best Costume Design, Best Musical Director and Best Director. Interestingly, Julie Andrews was nominated for Best Actress but did not win. This playbill features a couple of pictures from the production as well as interesting ads that capture the time period.
