Nylon
gear with improved design has 6mm wide face for better reliability and performance.
Gear face is 20% wider compare to OEM and other replacements.
It is made out of Nylon - tough and flexible plastic.
Nylon is naturally slippery
- no lubrication on gear teeth required.
Only Nylons should be used for gears where a slippery surface is desired.
All other materials (PLA, ABS, PET-G, etc.) will grind each other to dust and eventually fail.
Do not waste money for ABS, PLA plastic gear that may strip or melt
