    You are bidding on a 12 Gauge Priming Capping Tool. I cannot find any distinctive manufacture marks on it. It does have the number "32743" stamped into the bottom.
    Definitely a commercially manufactured item. Slight remnants of black paint on the steel parts. Machine stamped brass plate base. Intended for "production" use by the home reloader with speedy on-off for the shells and a tray to hold primers.
