This was obtained from a military surplus store auction that the owner had passed and the whole place had went up for auction. I won 40 ft semi trailer with all the contents in it and they seem to range from at least the early 40"s maybe even the 30s up towards past 2000. This lamp seems to be from the Vietnam era. I haven't dated everything in the trailer but if you know any additional information about the item you see in the listing and want to shoot me a message.. thank you.
This is definitely not like your regular lamp the base of it I would say is at least three or four times heavier than what a normal would be so it's pretty heavy definitely weighted down to be used in the field and certainly not blow away in the wind. What you see is what you get but super cool looking lamp and definitely works.
