Says on the back: "Hidden Mickey Pin 5 of 6 Official Pin Trading 2007 © Disney" This pin is part of the Disneyland Resort Cast Lanyard Series, now know as Hidden Mickey Lanyard Pins, Collection 1. It is only available by trading with a cast member from their lanyard.
