I recall losing an airplane because I was too lazy to take the cowl off to check the tightness of the engine mounting bolts. I remember taking the spinner off and seeing that I could actually get to the engine mounting bolts at about a 10 degree angle but they were about seven or eight inches in, and there was no way any balldriver that I had would reach that far.
